1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing your access to and use of https://orbiano.com (“Website”) and any Digital Products purchased through it, operated by PULSECORE TECH LTD (“Company”). It applies to all visitors, registered users, and purchasers, and must be read alongside the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Website to:
- browse product listings and informational content;
- register and manage a personal account;
- purchase Digital Products for your own personal, non-commercial use;
- contact customer support in connection with a genuine account or order issue;
- access your order history and account settings.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Fraud and Financial Crime
You must not:
- use stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to make purchases;
- submit false, forged, or misleading identity or verification documents;
- engage in conduct constituting fraud under the Fraud Act 2006;
- use the Website to launder money or finance terrorism, in breach of POCA 2002, the Terrorism Act 2000, or MLR 2017;
- acquire Digital Products through any mechanism designed to circumvent sanctions administered by OFSI or any competent authority.
3.2 Account Abuse
You must not:
- create or operate more than one account per person, or create additional accounts to circumvent purchasing limits, exploit promotions, or evade a prior account restriction or ban;
- access, or attempt to access, any other user’s account without their authorisation;
- share your account credentials with any third party.
3.3 Technical Interference
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, test, or exploit the Website, its servers, or associated infrastructure — such conduct may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990;
- use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to access, extract data from, or place orders through the Website;
- introduce or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code through or to the Website;
- conduct any denial-of-service attack against the Website or associated systems;
- circumvent or tamper with any security, anti-fraud, or access control mechanism.
3.4 Resale and Commercial Exploitation
Unless expressly authorised in writing by the Company:
- you must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Digital Products purchased through the Website;
- you must not list or advertise Digital Products acquired through the Website on any secondary marketplace or resale platform.
3.5 General Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Website in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others, or that violates the end-user licence agreement of any issuing brand or publisher.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company monitors Website activity for compliance, fraud prevention, and security purposes, consistent with its Privacy Policy and AML obligations.
Where the Company identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of this AUP, it may take one or more of the following steps:
- suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account;
- cancel pending orders and withhold delivery of Digital Products pending investigation;
- report the activity to law enforcement or the NCA;
- pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
Where a breach does not involve fraud, financial crime, or an immediate risk to the Website or other users, the Company will ordinarily provide the Customer with notice of the concern and a reasonable opportunity to respond before taking enforcement action.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you become aware of use of the Website that you believe breaches this AUP — including suspected fraud or financial crime — please report it to [email protected]. All reports are treated in confidence.
6. Amendments
This AUP may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
